"I’ve been having the worst experience with my catalytic converters getting stolen off my truck the last 3 weeks. No communication from my agent, not even a call back, can’t get ahold of the adjuster, nothing. I finally switched agents to Daphine, they calls me day of, told her my situation and she explained everything thoroughly to me that I finally feel at ease. Thank you so much!"
