ROLE DESCRIPTIONDaphine Willingham - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Spanish speaking Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Signing Bonus available for Producer's licensed candidates.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Offer insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
  • Following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Meet monthly sales goals set by the agency.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
  • Assist customers with policy applications.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective and current customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent Spanish Speaking Required (English Only candidates should apply to the "Insurance Account Representative" position)
  • Prior Sales Experience Required
  • Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer or obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Licensed Life and Health Producer or obtain within 45 days of start date.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $15.00 - $21.50 per hour
